Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in managing and growing General Trade (GT) accounts.
Lead, coach, and support a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase distribution, market share, and product visibility.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key customers.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends.
Work closely with principals and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of promotions and new product launches.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Ensure effective trade promotion execution and merchandising standards.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in Mt or Gt.
Prior supervisory or team management experience preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence and own transport is an advantage.
Singapore Citizen or PR preferred.
