Job Summary

Shape brand positioning, manage marketing budgets, and lead multi-channel campaigns to drive business growth and customer engagement in the Singapore market.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement brand positioning to establish a strong market presence in Singapore
• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage marketing budgets by measuring ROI and optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to successfully launch campaigns, partnerships, and customer loyalty programs
• Monitor industry trends, customer sentiment, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
• Align marketing plans with sales targets and foster collaboration across departments to achieve business objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years leading a small team
• Proven success managing digital and offline marketing channels
• Experience in home decor, lifestyle, or financial services industries is highly valued
