Job Scope

• Coordinate daily lorry crane and trailer transport schedules and job assignments.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, crane operators, and site personnel.
• Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of deliveries.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide operational support.
• Perform general administrative duties and assist the operations team as required.

Job Requirements

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word).
• Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in transport, logistics, or construction operations is an advantage, but training will be provided for suitable candidates.
• Can start work immediately.
• 5.5 Day Work Week.
• Due to operational requirements, candidates may be required to work beyond normal working hours when necessary.
• Must be willing to be on standby to support urgent operational needs.
