Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Atlassian Forge Developer di Arvato Systems Malaysia Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and enhance applications based on the Atlassian Forge platform for Jira and Jira Service Management.
2. Implement customer requirements and internal improvements in the area of service portals and Customer Apps.
3. Develop integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs and other standard interfaces.
4. Support the further development of our Jira Service Management platform through automation, Custom UI components, and extensions of existing solutions.
5. Work closely with Product Owners, architects, and international delivery teams.
6. Support testing, documentation, and quality assurance of the implemented solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience in software development with JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Knowledge of the Atlassian platform, especially Jira and Jira Service Management.
• Experience with Atlassian Forge, REST APIs, and cloud-based applications.
• Understanding of ITSM processes and service portals is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English skills. German is not required for collaboration within the international team.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality solutions.
