Salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Responsibilities
Operations Support
Update Delivery Order status accurately to support finance invoicing.
Assist in processing Delivery Orders and Certificates of Analysis (COA) in SAP for delivery arrangements.
Maintain proper filing & documentation, scan, rename, & maintain softcopies of signed DOs.
Facilities & Equipment Coordination
Arrange and coordinate regular facility maintenance services.
Support procurement enquiries, arrange deliveries, and submit payment requests.
Coordinate servicing, repairs, and renewal of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and lorries.
Support Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) initiatives to ensure safety compliance, maintain documentation & filing
Manage purchase & claims for office refreshments.
Courier Service & Sample Management
Arrange company dispatch & courier services.
Support with pick-and-pack and shipment arrangements.
Maintain proper records of samples received, released, and delivered.
Coordinate for sample withdrawal
Administrative Support
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
Prior experience in administration, facilities coordination, or operational support is preferred.
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of IATA / Dangerous Goods regulations is an advantage.
Have interest to learn shipping documentation and logistics processes.
