Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Consultant role based in Cyberjaya. The Consultant will engage with prospective and existing clients to assess their needs, explain insurance products, and recommend suitable coverage options. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, preparing proposals, following up on leads, and supporting clients through policy applications and renewals. The role involves maintaining accurate records, collaborating with internal teams to resolve client inquiries, and staying current on product updates and industry developments. The Consultant is expected to contribute to sales targets while upholding high standards of professional conduct and client service.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and the ability to build trust-based relationships.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs, compare policy options, and present suitable solutions.
• Basic sales and negotiation skills, with the capacity to manage leads, handle objections, and close opportunities ethically.
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple client accounts, follow up promptly, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Comfort with using office productivity tools and CRM or similar systems to track client interactions and prepare reports.
• Preferred experience in insurance, financial services, or consulting, with familiarity in health, life, property, or liability products considered an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Ability to work on-site in Cyberjaya and collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
