Role Description This full-time Business Analyst / Data Analyst role is a hybrid position based in Singapore River, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements by engaging with stakeholders across the organization. The Business Analyst / Data Analyst will evaluate existing business processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations. The role includes developing reports and dashboards, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, and supporting data-driven decision-making for operational and strategic initiatives. The individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions align with business objectives and are implemented effectively.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and generate meaningful insights.
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis and business requirements gathering to support system enhancements and process improvements.
• Knowledge of business process design and optimization, with the ability to map workflows and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, presenting findings, and preparing clear documentation.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau) and comfort working with large data sets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in agricultural, scientific, or sustainability-focused organizations is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
