We’re hiring a Finance & Admin Executive!

(Singaporean & PR only)

Key responsibilities include handling accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliations, monthly closing, and supporting budgeting & analysis. You’ll also manage office administration, company records, and ensure smooth operations across teams.

We’re looking for someone with a Diploma in Accounting/Finance, 2+ years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and strong knowledge of accounting principles. If you’re proactive, organized, and thrive under pressure, we’d love to hear from you!
