Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Executive located in Subang Jaya. The Administrative Executive will oversee daily office operations, provide executive administrative support, coordinate schedules, handle correspondence, and maintain organized records.

The role requires collaboration with team members between departments to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency. The key responsibilities for this position will include but not limited to the following.

• Sales Order Processing & Administrative Support
• Project Coordination
• Packing & Order Fulfillment
• Logistics & Delivery Coordination
• Documentation, Systems & Data Management

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency in office tools is preferable (SQL Accounting/ERP/Other Accounting systems, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc)
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and major local languages.
• Familiarity with Sales Order (SO), Invoice, and Delivery Order (DO) processing is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and improve.
