Client Director – Experiential Agency – Singapore

An Australian experiential agency that's tripled in size in the last few years is opening its first Singapore office.

The client demand isn't hypothetical - it's already there, waiting for someone to run with it.

The agency

An independent Australian experiential agency - no holding company, no bureaucracy. They build brand experiences, live activations and content for some of the most culturally relevant brands going, across both B2C and B2B.

Now, they're bringing that same energy to Singapore.

The role

You'll be the first person on the ground - with real scope to shape how the agency's Singapore experiential offering develops, including, over time, who joins you there.

Day to day, that means leading senior client relationships, converting new business, and acting as the trusted bridge between client and creative teams. Less maintenance, more momentum.

What you'll bring

• An experiential agency background - brand activations, live events, or similar
• A genuine drive to win new business - this won't suit someone who's just been a safe pair of hands on one account
• Comfort operating with real autonomy, building something
• Confidence at senior, C-suite client level

Salary & Bonus

• SGD 135k per annum (inclusive of AWS)
• Plus an uncapped new business bonus structure
