Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Chargeman (A4) di Mah Sing Properties Johor - Maukerja

1. To carry out repairs and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the plan preventive maintenance, budget requirements and capes expenditure.

2. To monitor 3rd party contractors and ensure adherence to the safe and legal routines.

3. Overall in charge of Electrical activities, facilities and part of mechanical work.

4. To provide technical assistance and resolution to supervising on monthly electrical or engineering visit (LV&HT).

5. To maintain equipment according to the risk assessment standards and response according to service level agreement on any issue.

6. To monitor and ensure that service contractor and builders works comply with requirement .

7. To ensure the maintenance of facility lifts, firefighting equipment, fire certifications and other statutory requirements.

8. To monitor and ensure that service contractor and builders works comply with requirement.

REQUIREMENT:

1. At least 3 years working experience as a Chargeman with A4

2. SPM/Diploma/ Degree in any field or equivalent.
