Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Match invoices with Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Received Notes (GRN).
• Prepare supplier payments according to approved payment schedules.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records and filing.
• Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations.
• Respond to supplier enquiries regarding payments.
• Ensure compliance with Accor policies and local financial regulations.
• Support internal and external audits when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Financial Controller.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
