Kerja Sepenuh Masa, E-I Engineer di KL-Kepong Rubber Products Perak - Maukerja

Roles and responsibilities:

• To assist superior in the maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 & MS1514:2022.
• In charge of preventive maintenance policies and schedules for all electrical equipment and instruments.
• In charge of mobilizing manpower to support plant equipment installation, modifications, repairs, and start-up.
• Maintain proper records of all electrical and instruments servicing, inspection, calibration, repair, and maintenance work and have such records/register made available for perusal if required.
• To assist project team for all electrical and instrumentations control idea and installation.
• To assist production team if any equipment malfunction that could cause process disruption.
• To support project team & factories M&E in term of electrical planning, upgrading especially when involve with focal downstream electrical system especially LowVoltage (LV).
• Read, interpret, and understand electrical drawings, diagram, electrical specifications, electrical instrumentation, and schematic to effectively troubleshoot, redesign electrical distribution network when deemed necessary.
• Liaise with utilities provider such as TNB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) & TM and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or any equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years’ working experience in related field.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Knowledge in designing electrical system and drawing by CAD/EPlan.
• Strong analysis, planning, Initiative & able to work both independently and team.
• Possess capability to analyze facility structure and system.
• Systematic & positive problem-solving approach.
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work in Ipoh.
