Kerja Sepenuh Masa Project Engineer (M-E - HVAC), Gaji tinggi MYR 6,000 di Lufter Selangor - Maukerja

Education and Experience:

• A Minimum Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or other related discipline required
• At least 3 year of working experience in construction, site supervision or M&E and cleanroom experience is an advantage
• Good Knowledge in HVAC design, psychrometric chart, thermodynamics is an advantage
• Able to execute well in ACAD, Excel, Word and Power Point
• Able to execute Microsoft Project is an advantage

Job Description:

• Prepare tender document, tender drawing, check and analyze document and drawing (submission, tender, construction, as built),
• Assist APM and execute work arrange by APM
• Prepare document/material submission for approval.
• Prepare purchase order enquiry
• Ensure purchase order issue to subcontractor.
• Have M&E design experience or tender experience will be advantage
• Planning for daily work task for supervisor to execute to meet deadline given by Project Manager
• Highlight potential issue to superior or manager
• Coordinate with subcontractor and main contractor
• Quality assurance/remind to subcontractor/supervisor on the quality requirement and check on the workdone's quality and tally with construction drawing
• Maintain document control on letter, email, contract, PO, DO, inspection form, report and etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
