Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account cum Admin to support the company's finance and administrative operations. This role mainly focuses on repayment monitoring, payment reconciliation, financial record management, and general administrative support.

Training will be provided. Fresh graduates with an accounting background are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and update customer repayment records.

Perform payment reconciliation and ensure accurate financial records.

Prepare receipts, payment records, and finance-related documents.

Assist in processing payments and maintaining proper documentation.

Prepare reports related to repayments and finance operations.

Maintain proper filing of accounting and administrative documents.

Perform data entry and update company records.

Coordinate with internal departments regarding payment matters.

Assist with general administrative duties when required.

Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

Diploma or LCCI certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Mininum 1 Year Working Experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Good numerical and analytical skills.

Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented.

Able to maintain confidentiality.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Preferred Skills

Experience in accounting or finance administration is an advantage.

Experience in the financing or banking industry will be an added advantage.

Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
