Financial Management & Reporting

· Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with MFRS and relevant statutory requirements.

· Monitor cash flow, working capital, and project financing requirements.

· Ensure timely submission of management reports to the Board and senior management.

· Develop financial models, feasibility studies, and ROI analyses for property development projects.

Budgeting & Forecasting

· Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

· Track project costs vs. budget to ensure profitability and proper cost allocation.

· Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Project & Construction Finance

· Manage project financing arrangements, bridging loans, end-financing, and progress claims.

· Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.

· Oversee project collection, billing schedules, and compliance with Housing Development Act (HDA) requirements.

Internal Controls & Compliance

· Implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.

· Ensure compliance with SSM, LHDN, and other regulatory bodies.

· Review and improve accounting policies and SOPs.

Team Leadership

· Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.

· Coordinate with project, procurement, and contract teams to align financial strategies.

· Performs other duties, assignments, obligations, etc., as may be assigned by the Company that fits your skills and experience.

Job Requirements

· Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

· Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and cost control.

· Familiar with construction project accounting, progress claims, and project cash flow management.

· Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint and Autocount.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
