To fuel our next phase of growth, we are looking for a dynamic FIT/MICE Executive to join our team in Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

About the Role:

You will be the architect behind our travel operations, bridging the gap between strategic planning and real-world execution. Your mission will be to transform travel concepts into perfectly synchronized itineraries, manage high-stakes corporate and leisure logistics, and ensure our clients experience zero friction from departure to return.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute operational strategies that drive efficiency and align with company growth goals.

- Continuously monitor and elevate operational workflows, reservation systems, and booking processes to maximize team productivity.

- Supervise and mentor operational staff, setting clear performance benchmarks while providing actionable feedback and growth guidance.

- Oversee end-to-end travel logistics, including complex flight ticketing, group hotel allocations, and ground transportation arrangements.

- Quality-control all tour components (accommodation, meals, guided activities) to ensure they are executed precisely as scheduled.

- Actively build and maintain strong relationships with premium corporate and individual clients to secure long-term loyalty and repeat business.

- Partner with the sales, marketing, and finance departments to streamline internal handovers and enhance overall output.

- Maintain absolute compliance with national tourism industry regulations and internal company policies.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
