Job Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, and other digital platforms.
• Produce short-form videos, product showcases, lifestyle content, and marketing creatives that align with campaign objectives.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and content copy to increase engagement and conversions.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop content ideas and campaign strategies.
• Participate in content shooting, product demonstrations, and brainstorming sessions.
• Ensure all content follows the company's branding guidelines and maintains high-quality standards.
• Monitor content performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, and AI content creation tools.
• Organise and manage content assets (photos, videos, scripts) systematically.
• Achieve weekly and monthly content production targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating engaging video content.
• Proficient in CapCut, Canva, and other content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
• Basic understanding of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Shopee content strategies.
• Creative thinker with strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to accept feedback.
