Job description:

• Assist the Supervisor in managing daily operations and workflow.
• Supervise and support team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and work performance.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to new and existing staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
• Assist in preparing work schedules and allocating duties to team members.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and operational supplies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports as required.
• Support the Supervisor in achieving departmental targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
• Assist in performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
• Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and safe.
• Act as the Supervisor in their absence when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
