Internship Position – Purchasing Department

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Purchasing Intern to support daily procurement activities and gain hands-on experience in purchasing operations. Immediate starters are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily purchasing and procurement tasks.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders and related documents.
• Update purchasing records and supplier information.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
• Perform data entry, reporting, and administrative duties.
• Carry out ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Willing to be based at Telok Panglima Garang.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
