Ÿ Ensures all incoming calls to Front Office are answered with the standard greeting [Eg: Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening, Front Office … (Say your name) speaking. How may I assist you.]

Ÿ Ensures the efficient handling of guest check in and check out and greets all guests who enters into the hotel in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner.

Ÿ Maintains a high standard of oral communication with parties at all levels, both internal and external.

Ÿ Updates all check in folios, ensuring all necessary details are captured into the system according to Front Office procedures.

Ÿ Takes personal responsibility for promoting the Hotel’s ‘I’LL DO IT!’ philosophy:-

Ÿ Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

OVERNIGHT SHIFT TASK (WHERE APPLICABLE):-

Ÿ Communicate with the out going GSA service staff at the start of the shift and ensures that all outstanding issues are actioned upon and followed through.

Ÿ Communicates with incoming GSA service staff at the end of the shift and ensures any issues requiring immediate action and follow up are performed.

Ÿ Ensures all necessary night audit back up and end-of-day functions are completed accurately on a timely basis.

Ensures all relevant charges are posted corrected and the F&B POS transactions are balanced before the commencement of the end-of-day function.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
