Kerja Sepenuh Masa Human Resource Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di SARAWAK CONSOLIDATED INDUSTRIES BERHAD Sarawak - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertisements, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer preparation

· Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, documentation, and confirmation processes

· Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies

· Maintain employee’s training calendar and training records

· Monitor HRDC fund and submit appropriate claims

· To ensure training procedure/ documentation are up-to-date

· To ensure the compliance of training and assessment are being managed and recorded effectively from time to time

· To ensure monthly/ annual report/ analysis are up to date, which include but not limited to budget, etc

· Ensure departmental Head to identify training and development needs that promote continuous education, staff retention and work efficiencies

· Assist in developing, updating and implementing HR policies, practices and procedures on learning and development functions

· Good liaison with government agencies such as Ministry of Higher Education, HRDC and other training providers for networking, benchmarking on any training and development related matters

· Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management

Requirements:

· Possess a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field

· At least 2 years of working experience in related field

· Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices

· Strong organization, communication and planning skills with a positive attitude

· Able to work independently and teamwork-oriented

· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
