Overall Accountability:

• Manage PR and PO processes to ensure smooth purchasing operations.
• Accurately update purchasing data in MERP.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and MIDA for shipments and documentation.
• Source services and stock items and follow up on delivery status.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and update POs in MERP and ensure proper approvals.
• Verify stock codes and handle basic system issues when needed.
• Prepare GRN and submit documents to Finance for payment.
• Request and compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and maintain purchasing records.
• Liaise with MIDA, customs, KLIA, DHL, and forwarders for imported items.
• Prepare and manage documents for Sales Tax Exemption applications and update shipment status.

General Support:

• Assist with monthly stock counts and reports.
• Support tender preparation, costing, and documentation updates.
• Update stock codes, pricing, and weekly reports.
• Perform general purchasing and administrative tasks as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
