Role Summary
Support the end-to-end HRIS implementation project by coordinating implementation activities, validating system configurations, leading testing execution and supporting training and change management initiatives. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project deliverables, system readiness and operational transition are executed effectively across all implementation phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Support overall HRIS project implementation activities, timelines and vendor coordination
- Monitor project progress, track action items and follow up on outstanding deliverables and issues
- Lead system testing activities including UAT preparation, test scenario execution, defect tracking and regression testing
- Review and validate system configurations against business requirements, policies and operational processes
- Lead payroll parallel run activities including reconciliation, issue coordination and stakeholder confirmation/sign-off
- Prepare user guides, training materials and support end-user training sessions across different user groups
- Support change management activities including communication, user readiness and adoption initiatives
- Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers and implementation records
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth project execution, go-live readiness and post-go-live support
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 3 years of HRMS implementation experience (end-to-end implementation exposure, not support only)
- Completed at least one full HRMS implementation cycle as a client-side project resource
- Hands-on experience in UAT execution, defect management and testing coordination
- Good understanding of HR and payroll processes
- Exposure to payroll parallel run, reconciliation or system migration activities
- Experience supporting training delivery, user enablement or change management initiatives
- Strong written English with ability to prepare training materials, structured test cases and project documentation
- Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities independently
- Good reporting, documentation and follow-up skills

- Contract duration is subject to project timeline and business requirements
- Position title may vary depending on candidate experience and capability
- Candidates must be able to independently support operational and project execution activities during critical implementation phases
- This role is part of a major HRIS transformation initiative and requires close collaboration with project teams, vendors and business stakeholders
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
