URGENT - WE ARE HIRING
Position: Clinic Assistant
Location: Sungai Wey and Sunway Lagoon Perdana Pj

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Clinic Assistant to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year working experience in clinic/healthcare field
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Responsible, punctual, and able to handle patients professionally
• Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage
• Applicants with their own transport are preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: RM1,700 – RM2,100
• Annual Increment upon completion of 1 year service
• Bonus entitlement upon completion of 2 years service
• Starting Annual Leave: 18 days
• Medical GP coverage for dependent(s)
• Yearly blood test coverage up to RM200
• Birthday allowance provided

Working Hours (Split hours)

• Shift work
• 7am - 3pm / 3pm - 11pm (Monday to Saturday)
• Sunday Rest Day

Job Scope:

• Register and assist patients at counter
• Handle appointments and patient enquiries
• Assist doctor during consultation and procedures
• Dispense medication as instructed
• Manage clinic documentation and filing
• Ensure clinic cleanliness and smooth daily operations
• Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management
