We’re Hiring: Emergency Call Center Officer
Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM2,000/month + Allowances

Your Role
As an Emergency Call Center Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for people in need. Your responsibilities include:
Handling inbound emergency calls promptly and professionally
Following Response Center procedures and meeting quality standards
Accurately capturing caller details and maintaining system records
Representing with integrity and empathy
What We’re Looking For
Education: Minimum SPM in any field
Experience: Related experience required – training provided
Skills: Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English
Basic computer skills
Customer service mindset

Other Details
Work Hours: 24/7 operations (5 days work + 2 days off)
Allowances:
Shift Allowance: RM90/month
Perfect Attendance: RM350/month
