Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Company Secretary on company registration, annual returns, statutory submissions, and related documentation.
• Prepare and manage documentation for clinic registration, amendments, and post-inspection submissions to CKAPS.
• Handle applications, renewals, and resignations for radiographer licences, badges, and X-ray licences with BKRP & APM.
• Process business licences, signboard permits, parking permits, and other regulatory applications with local authorities (PBT).
• Manage TNB and Air Selangor applications, terminations, and utility-related documentation.
• Coordinate administrative matters, including company stamps, courier arrangements, Kiblah applications, and licence renewals.
• Maintain and standardise regulatory documents, forms, and official letters across departments.
• Participate in daily huddles, management meetings, and company initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision while being a strong team player.
