MRA International Sdn. Bhd. is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for the position of QHSE Executive. We invite passionate and qualified candidates to apply and become part of our dynamic team.

The QHSE Executive will play a vital role in supporting internal audits, managing risk, overseeing incident reporting, and driving continuous improvement across all departments. This position is crucial in ensuring compliance with certifications, minimizing operational risks, and meeting both client and legal expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field HSE Support:

• Provide guidance and support to ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained across all organizational activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and contract-specific safety requirements.

2. Accident Management:

• Record and report any accidents in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare initial incident reports after accidents.
• Develop and document lessons learned from accidents to prevent future occurrences.

3. QHSE Equipment & PPE Management:

• Maintain and manage an inventory of QHSE equipment and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ensure proper calibration, tracking, and movement of equipment and PPE.

4. Promotion of HSE & ISO Initiatives:

• Assist in promoting HSE-related activities, such as Unsafe Acts and Unsafe Conditions (UAUC) reporting, and HSE campaigns.
• Distribute quality system documentation and assist in ISO-related audits.

5. Workplace Inspections:

• Conduct and follow up on inspections, including workplace safety inspections, first aid kit inspections, and fire extinguisher checks.
• Ensure any required actions or corrections are implemented following inspections.

Qualification:

1. Possess own transport

2. Stay nearby Cyberjaya or willing to travel

3. Minimum degree in HSE related field

4. At least 2 years of experience in HSE related roles

5. Able to work at site

Skills:

-Have strong knowledge in HSE regulations

-Understands QMS, EMS, and OSHMS framework

-Competent in HSE related skills and knowledge such as hazard identification, root cause analysis and corrective action planning

-Familiar with internal and external audits, risk assessment and incident investigation

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

• Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
