As we continue to expand our Learning & Development initiatives and professional training portfolio, we are looking for a proactive Learning & Development Executive to join our Human Resources team at our Petaling Jaya Campus.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
- Coordinate and support employee learning and development programmes, including onboarding, staff training, and professional development initiatives.
- Prepare training schedules, materials, attendance records, and training documentation.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and reporting, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Corporate Training & Business Development
- Identify and engage corporate clients to promote City University's professional training programmes.
- Prepare training proposals, quotations, and programme outlines based on client requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and training participants.
HRD Corp Administration
- Manage HRD Corp grant applications, claims, and related documentation.
- Ensure training programmes comply with HRD Corp requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with internal departments, trainers, and external stakeholders on HRD Corp matters.
Training Coordination & Engagement
- Coordinate customised training programmes with internal trainers, lecturers, and external facilitators.
- Organise training logistics, including venue arrangements, participant registration, and training materials.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, workshops, and learning events.
- Work with the Marketing team to promote training programmes and represent the University at corporate networking events and education exhibitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, Business Development, Corporate Training, or Human Resources.
- Knowledge of HRD Corp grant applications and claims will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Positive, proactive, and passionate about learning, people development, and building industry partnerships.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
