About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Network Architect to join a global IT infrastructure team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise network and security solutions across global environments. You will play a key role in network architecture, data center connectivity, security, and infrastructure optimization while ensuring high availability, scalability, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, Firewalls, Load Balancers, and Meraki.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize global network infrastructure.
• Plan and execute network migrations, deployments, upgrades, and performance improvements.
• Design scalable and highly available network solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance and secure network architecture.
• Perform capacity planning, proactive monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and failover planning.
• Create and maintain HLD/LLD documentation and network standards.
• Handle P1/P2 incidents, change management, and ServiceNow ticket management.
• Evaluate and implement network automation tools and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Network Architecture or Enterprise Networking.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Cisco Routing & Switching
• Cisco Nexus Switches
• Cisco ASA, FTD & FMC Firewalls
• SD-WAN
• Cisco IP VPN
• Meraki
• F5 Load Balancer
• BGP
• Wireless Networking
• Cisco DNAC
• Good understanding of:
• DNS
• DHCP
• TCP/IP
• NTP
• RADIUS
• TACACS
• Experience using Wireshark and packet analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and DMZ network design.
• Experience preparing HLD and LLD documentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a global environment.
