About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Network Architect to join a global IT infrastructure team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise network and security solutions across global environments. You will play a key role in network architecture, data center connectivity, security, and infrastructure optimization while ensuring high availability, scalability, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, Firewalls, Load Balancers, and Meraki.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize global network infrastructure.
- Plan and execute network migrations, deployments, upgrades, and performance improvements.
- Design scalable and highly available network solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance and secure network architecture.
- Perform capacity planning, proactive monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and failover planning.
- Create and maintain HLD/LLD documentation and network standards.
- Handle P1/P2 incidents, change management, and ServiceNow ticket management.
- Evaluate and implement network automation tools and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Network Architecture or Enterprise Networking.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Cisco Routing & Switching
- Cisco Nexus Switches
- Cisco ASA, FTD & FMC Firewalls
- SD-WAN
- Cisco IP VPN
- Meraki
- F5 Load Balancer
- BGP
- Wireless Networking
- Cisco DNAC
- Good understanding of:
- DNS
- DHCP
- TCP/IP
- NTP
- RADIUS
- TACACS
- Experience using Wireshark and packet analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and DMZ network design.
- Experience preparing HLD and LLD documentation.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a global environment.
