Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable building materials / construction solutions
• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and negotiate to close sales
• Build and maintain good relationships with contractors, developers, and industry clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the construction / building materials industry
• Strong sales closing skills with proven track record in achieving targets
• Good understanding of construction products, materials, or project requirements
• Customer-oriented with good communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple customer enquiries

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
