Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler based in Subang Jaya. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) to support design and construction projects. Key daily tasks include developing and maintaining architectural and construction drawings, coordinating with project teams to integrate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements. The role involves active collaboration with designers, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related tools
• Strong understanding of Architectural, Civil, Construction Drawings, and MEP systems
• Experience in creating and managing models within the construction and engineering industries
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure precision in drawings and models
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Relevant certification or education in architecture, engineering, or related fields
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is a plus
