We're partnering with a leading international logistics company to find an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and drive Airfreight Operations in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

If you have a strong background in freight forwarding, understand IATA operations, and enjoy leading teams while delivering operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.

What we're looking for:

5+ years' experience in Airfreight Operations or Airfreight Product Management

Strong leadership and people management skills

Experience managing operational KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives

Solid knowledge of IATA regulations and international logistics

Advanced English communication skills

Location: Johor Bahru, Malaysia

Salary: MYR 9,000 – 10,000/month (Negotiable)
