- Work with Sales Manager in fulfilling the actions required form point of contact till successful delivery of aircraft engine
- Coordinate with customers and internal operations department to ensure contractual requirements and any additional service requirements are fulfilled during the aircraft engine shop visit
- Monitor and ensure timely completion and redelivery of aircraft engine to customers
- Manage cost of aircraft engine shop visit within the projected budget
- Ascertain accurate and timely invoicing to customers for services rendered and manage their outstanding credit
- Resolve customer concerns/issues through effective communication and clarifications
- Occasional overseas travel might be required
