Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Sales Engineer di Jebsen & Jessen Group - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through sales leads, cold calls, and customer networking.
2. Build strong customer relationships and recommend suitable product solutions based on customer requirements.
3. Prepare quotations and tenders, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure compliance with company policies and approval procedures.
4. Coordinate order processing, project handover, and delivery to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer requirements.
5. Maintain accurate customer and project information in the CRM system and track sales performance against targets.
6. Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
7. Participate in customer presentations, seminars, trade shows, and other marketing activities as required.
8. Maintain long-term customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and support accounts receivable monitoring and collection when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE in technical related or equivalent years of experience
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed
• Preferred 1 years of working experiences in the sales
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Good team player with ability to work independently
