About the role


We are looking for a dedicated Site Administrator to join our team for a contract position based in Batu Berendam, Melaka. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the project team, maintain site documentation, coordinate with staff and subcontractors, and ensure smooth day-to-day site operations.


What you'll be doing

  • In charge of all drawings, specification, RFPs and related project documents on site.
  • Keep track the latest release and update accordingly.
  • Receive/Issue construction drawings and specifications from/to contractor.
  • Support site administration works as and when required.
  • Any other projects or requirements the Company deems fit.


What we're looking for


  • Diploma in Business Administration
  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a Site Administrator, Project Administrator, or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and site documentation accurately.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping, filing, and document control.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and clients.
  • Ability to prepare and maintain site reports, attendance records, purchase requests, delivery orders, and other project documentation.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced site environment and handle confidential information professionally.
