Role Description The Senior Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Lawas, responsible for overseeing daily site operations and ensuring work is carried out according to project plans, quality standards, and safety requirements. This position coordinates and supervises site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, monitors progress, and reports on timelines, resources, and issues to project management. The Senior Supervisor conducts regular inspections, resolves operational problems, and enforces compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves supporting project scheduling, material management, and fostering effective communication among site personnel and stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Strong site supervision and coordination skills, with experience leading construction or property development teams.
• Proficiency in project planning and scheduling, including monitoring progress and managing resources on site.
• Sound understanding of construction quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and resolve operational issues promptly, with good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Relevant technical or professional qualification in construction, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Previous experience in supervisory roles within property development or construction, preferably in Malaysia.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lawas and adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
