What The Role Is

You are responsible for the deployment of National Servicemen (NSFs) in the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN). You manage RSN National Service (NS) generation and training systems, and oversee the end-to-end deployment of NSFs throughout their full-time National Service.

What You Will Be Working On

• Manage RSN National Service generation and training systems to ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
• Conduct analysis of KPI results to identify watch areas and underlying reasons for underperformance
• Plan and manage the posting of NSFs to suitable units and appointments upon completion of vocational training
• Propose re-deployment plans for NSF course drop-outs
  
  Challenge(s)
• Handling large volumes of deployment data and ensure accurate and timely updates in e-HR systems
• Maintaining comprehensive deployment records and databases
• Coordinating complex tasks requiring interaction with multiple agencies and units
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Education in Human Resource (HR) Management
• At least 5 years of working experience in HR is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps in existing systems and propose viable recommendations
• Good HR and manpower planning skills, with the ability to allocate resources across the organisation taking into consideration availability and operational requirements
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
