Position Overview

Apex is seeking a professional and service-oriented Client Relations Executive to support our Customer Experience function. This role is responsible for managing customer enquiries, handling service recovery cases, coordinating refund requests, and ensuring a consistently positive customer experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and outlet teams to resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery cases with empathy and professionalism.
• Review and coordinate refund requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Liaise with internal departments and outlet teams to investigate and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, case progress, and resolutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of concerns.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Perform administrative duties related to customer service operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communications, or a related discipline.
• One to three years of experience in customer service, client relations, or customer support.
• Experience within the beauty, aesthetics, spa, or wellness industry is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Well organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general administrative systems.
