Think of yourself as part community manager, part growth hacker, part storyteller. If you're the person in your friend group who always knows what's trending, loves a good meme, and can turn a random comment into a whole conversation — we want to talk to you.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing and growing conversations across social media, WhatsApp, chatbots, DMs — wherever our audience hangs out.
• Spotting trends and jumping on them before they're "so last week".
• Working with content and marketing teams to turn conversations into leads, signups, or sales.
• Analyzing chat/engagement data to see what's working (and what's just noise).
• Testing new ways to start and grow conversations — polls, replies, community challenges, you name it.
• Building relationships with followers/customers so they actually want to talk to us.
• Reporting on growth metrics — but explaining them like a human, not a robot.

What we’re looking for

• Diploma and Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or something similar — but honestly, your Twitter/Instagram game speaks louder than your major.
• Bonus points for certifications in digital marketing, social media management, or growth marketing (HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, Google Digital Garage, etc.).
• Someone who's naturally chatty and genuinely enjoys talking to people online.
• A trend-spotter who's always scrolling (finally, a job that rewards it).
• Comfortable with numbers and data — you don't need to be a data scientist, but you should care about what's working.
• Creative thinker who isn't afraid to try weird ideas and see what sticks.
• Good with words — you can switch tone from fun to professional depending on who you're talking to.
• Self-starter energy — we're looking for someone who takes initiative, not just waits for instructions.
• Fresh out of Uni, Entry Level, Mid-career switch? No problem — if you've got proof you can grow an online community or audience, that counts for a LOT here !

Pay: $2,600.00 - $4,500.00 per month
