ADE ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES - PLANNING

PLANNING EXECUTIVE

This position reports to Planning Manager

Responsibility :

To ensure the owner / operator’s aircraft, engine, components and associated equipment are scheduled for maintenance in a timely and economical manner and in accordance with owner / operator manufacturer and Aviation Authority’s requirement. 

Duties :

• To perform Planning subcontractor functions
• Data compilation 
• Aircraft maintenance forecast & planning (short, mid and long term) 
• Monitor aircraft flying hours/cycle
• Aircraft maintenance check preparation
• Review aircraft maintenance check documentation 

Traits :

• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent computer skills and proficient Google Apps (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides) & Microsoft Office. 
• Meticulous, proactive and able to perform efficiently in a team environment
• Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, initiative, good follow-through on work
• Willing to travel as and when it is required
• Able to work independently

 Merit :

• Candidate must possess Degree in Engineering (Aerospace / Engineering or equivalent) or Diploma in Engineering (Aerospace/ Engineering or equivalent) with minimum 3 years experience in aviation.
