Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Site Quantity Surveyor (FM) di Surbana Jurong - Maukerja

Purpose

• Provide quantity surveying, cost estimation, and contract administration support for FM maintenance, A&A, and improvement projects, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Review and evaluate contractors' quotations, Schedule of Rates (SOR), and tender submissions.
• Support procurement, contract administration, payment certification, and variation claims.
• Monitor project costs, prepare cost reports, and ensure budget compliance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders on commercial matters.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline (SISV-recognised).
• Minimum 5 years' relevant QS experience, preferably in Facilities Management, maintenance, or building projects.
• Required to work at client's site
