Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project ************* - Northstar. The client is DHL GROUP, a company that provides international shipping and logistics services, facilitating the movement of goods across the globe.
Responsibilities: As a Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead), you will be responsible for leading a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. You will apply business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Master proficiency in Selenium Automation is required. Master proficiency in Test Management, Quality Engineering Strategy and Planning, Testing Process and Quality Improvement, and expert proficiency in Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation is recommended.
