Job Description

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network and IT-related issues.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory and company IT systems.
• Monitor IT infrastructure, perform system backups and ensure cybersecurity best practices.
• Support ERP/business applications and liaise with external IT vendors when required.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset records and assist in IT improvement projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in IT support, system administration or network administration.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and manage multiple tasks.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites when required.
