About the Role
The Project Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, coordinating site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure the project works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality, and safety compliance.
- Track project timelines and report progress to management.
- Verify completed work before contractor claims and handover.
- Ensure project documentation, site records, and reports are properly maintained.
- Coordinate project completion, defect rectification, and final handover.
- Ensure sites comply with company policies, safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 years of experience supervising fit-out, renovation, or construction projects.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and site coordination.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently while managing multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel to project sites when required.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
