EI Power Technologies Sdn Bhd is looking for a Procurement & Project Admin Executive to support procurement activities, project coordination, and administrative functions for engineering and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and obtain quotations for project materials and services.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, comparison sheets, and procurement records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams on delivery schedules and material requirements.
• Monitor procurement status and follow up on outstanding orders.
• Maintain project documentation, filing systems, and records.
• Prepare project reports, trackers, and administrative documentation.
• Assist in contract administration, invoice verification, and document submissions.
• Update and maintain procurement and project databases.
• Support project managers in project coordination and administrative matters.
• Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in procurement, project administration, or related functions.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Experience in Data Centre, Renewable Energy, Engineering, Construction, or Infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
