IT (INTERN) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 600 in Times Ceramica Johor - Maukerja

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Proven experience in a relevant position or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Technical expertise in setting up networks and managing CCTV systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support to users, resolving issues to software, hardware, and network systems.
• Install, configure, and upgrade PC software and operating systems.
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems and ensure the security of systems.
• Assist in the configuration and maintenance of internal and external networks.
• Troubleshoot network issues and ensure stable and efficient operations.
• Set ip, manage, and monitor CCTV systems and ensure they are operational.
• Train computer users as necessary.
• Respond to email messages, phone calls, and in-person requests for technical support.
• Document internal procedures and write reports on incidents.
• Assist with the management of inventory for all IT equipment and supplies.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
