Job Description:

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across SMEs, MNCs, GLCs, Commercial Segments & High-Volume Industries, Foreign & Overseas Investors, and Migrant Worker Communities through cold calling, or any professional networks developed throughout your sales career.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to present the company's services.
• Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their cross-border transaction requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Develop and utilize sales and marketing materials to support business development and related activities.
• Drive new business growth while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to maximize retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue opportunities.

Requirement:

• Malaysian Only
• Open to both Junior and Senior candidates (positions/titles will be paired based on experience).
• Minimum Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 to 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in cross-border payments, fintech, money services businesses (MSBs), banking, or other financial services sectors.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Experience within SMEs, MNCs, GLCs, Commercial Segments & High-Volume Industries, Foreign & Overseas Investors, and Migrant Worker Communities will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills with the ability to engage with the colleagues in the organization.
• Self-motivated, highly sales-driven, results-driven team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Willingness to travel as required for business development activities.

Remuneration & Package

• Basic Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 per month (Based on experience)
• Commission: Attractive & uncapped commission structure based on performance/targets

Working Location: Cheras (KL) - accessible by public transport (MRT/LRT)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
