Duties and Responsibilities: -

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on overheadcranes, hoists, and related lifting equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults, implementing corrective actions.
• Carry out load testing, adjustments, calibrations, and commissioning of crane systems in line with safety requirements.
• Complete service reports, documentation, and customer recommendations accurately and on time.
• Provide technical support and professional advice to customers on equipment condition, safety risks, and service solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, ISO standards, and statutory regulations.
• Support emergency callouts and breakdown services when required.
• Collaborate with the service team to enhance delivery, technical skills, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain company tools, service vehicles, and equipment in safe working order.
• Demonstrate awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
