Job Description

1. Perform tasks such as DIP component insertion for server motherboards, post-wave-soldering visual inspection, precision manual soldering, touch-up soldering, lead trimming, and board assembly.

2. Operate strictly according to SOPs and perform self-inspections; identify server-grade electronic components and prevent defects such as incorrect parts, missed insertions, and cold/poor solder joints.

3. Manage workstation 5S and ESD controls, handle material handover and inventory, and perform daily tool maintenance.

4. Promptly report operational or material anomalies and assist with production line changeovers.

5. Adhere to IPC soldering standards and execute manual and touch-up soldering tasks in a standardised manner.

Job Requirements

1. Junior high school education or above; dexterous and highly responsible.

2. 1+ years of experience in DIP component insertion or manual soldering (specifically for server PCBA or within the electronics industry) preferred; ability to identify basic electronic components and interpret SOPs.

3. Willing to follow shift schedules; possesses basic communication skills; adheres to factory ESD and workplace safety protocols.

4. Able to work a two-shift rotation.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
